Sam Harry
President / CEO

After graduating with a MIS degree from The University of Georgia, Sam began his web career as a software engineer, and quickly climbed the "corporate ladder" working at several reputable Internet companies. Seeing areas of opportunity in which to do things more efficiently and ethically, he decided to branch out on his own. In January of 1999 he founded AtlantaSky with the goal of establishing a leading edge web firm with a simple mantra: Clean, Professional, and Affordable Web Design.

AtlantaSky quickly gained traction and has steadily grown to be one of the most well-respected interactive agencies in Atlanta. AtlantaSky holds true to it's founding principles and has fueled their growth organically, currently serving more than 200 clients.

Sam brings more than 12 years of web experience to AtlantaSky, and is involved in almost every aspect of the business. When Sam isn't working, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife Jenn and their three girls, Brennan, Reese and Grayson.

Jenny
Art Director

Jenny a seasoned online Art Director, equally comfortable giving creative direction or executing a project herself. She is experienced in generating practical and elegant design solutions that have resulted in consistent client satisfaction.

After earning degree in Art Education from the Ohio State University and a degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Atlanta, Jenny worked as an Art Director for iXL, Inc. for over six years. There she art directed projects including Home Depot's E-commerce Web site, Ballard Design's online catalog, and Arthur Andersen's electronic storefront. Before moving on to Atlanta Sky, she was an Art Director for WebMD where she was responsible for the corporate identity and extension of the brand across multiple mediums, sales presentations and helped managed a team of designers.

Jenny has won the One Show Interactive Merit award for her design of iXL's Web site and the ShowSouth Interactive Consumer award for Chase.com. 

Matt
Creative Director

Matt is a designer with experience providing creative solutions for all types of identity and brand development disciplines. Projects range from corporate identity, print advertising, collateral and direct mail to web design, motion graphics and broadcast advertising and video production.

“I take a user-centered approach to design and problem solving. I commit to accomplishing a creative and valued piece of work for Clients that is useful and effective, delivering it on time and on budget. I'm passionate for my work on each project and produce creative solutions that both entertain and communicate effectively.”

After graduating with a BFA degree in Communications (Graphic Design and Advertising) from The Atlanta College of Art and Design, Matt worked with some of the most renowned design agencies in Atlanta, including EM2 Design, Trousdell Design and Wages. His award-winning design continues to appear in both print and electronic media. 

Mark
Lead Designer

Mark has become successful in the design industry by elevating companies through a focused approach to branding design and graphics. After completing a degree in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech, Mark started his career at InfoRetail, a leading Atlanta retail store design and advertising firm. There he grew a strong appreciation for the value of informative graphics and client - designer interaction.

Now working with AtlantaSky he brings a unique mix of understanding for the client’s desire to reach targeted customers and for creating an experience that is both appealing and intuitive on the web and in print. Mark has been creating change through design for the past 6 years and has worked on projects for a range of clients including local Atlanta start-up businesses to Fortune 500 corporations like The Home Depot and Disney.

Rachel
Designer

Rachel is an innovative designer whose work spans across a variety of media providing visual solutions to complex graphic problems. Her unmatched client empathy and technical ability have proven to be a knock-out match for the Atlanta Sky team. Her innate design talent and hard earned academic excellence from Georgia Tech combine to deliver a unique approach that is invaluable to our clients.

Ellen
Senior Web Developer

After earning her degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Kansas, Ellen launched her Web Development career in Florida as a Webmaster for Motorola.  She brings 8 years of experience in front end and back end Web Development with a focus on clean tableless layouts using XHTML/CSS code.  Her success over the years is attributed to her efficient work style, eagerness to learn, and ability to meet the clients needs.  

Mike
Lead Software Engineer

Mike is a 30 year veteran in technology fields. Starting in electronics, he eventually converted the logic skills learned from digital control circuitry to software design. Beginning with Assembler and Basic, Mike worked his way through various languages include C/C until he discovered the joy of Rapid Application Design using products like Visual Basic. Over the years, developing extremely complex applications forced him to develop superb SQL skills which he now applies to mostly Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL. Along with application development, he also excels in Internet Technologies including Web based applications and SOAP Web Services using .NET, Cold Fusion, ASP, and PHP. Among his many accomplishments, his greatest pride was having his ultra-secure Internet file security system selected for participation in the Department of Defense’s Security Proof of Concept Keystone program the included the involvement of the NSA and NASA. When not developing software, Mike performs lead guitar in the Jimi Hendrix tribute act The Axis Experience.

Andy
Software Engineer

Andy is an industry veteran who has helped start three other I.T. consulting firms in the past 20 years. After having spent the early part of his career at IBM and Hewlett-Packard, Andy went on to help found Processware (a manufacturing software company) and Process Systems and Integration (an I.T.
consulting firm specializing in manufacturing clients), and has consulted to clients such as Nabisco/Kraft/General Foods, Owens-Corning, Cadillac Products, and numerous smaller firms. Andy has also been the Chief Technology Officer of E-Train and MobileBriefs.

Terrell
Copywriter

Terrell, a veteran of more than 12 years as an Atlanta copywriter, Web content writer & producer and interactive content strategist.

Most recently, Terrell worked for Sapient Corporation, a leading business and technology consulting firm based in Cambridge, Mass. From the company's Atlanta office, Terrell worked as a copywriter and content strategist on Web projects for companies such as VitaminShoppe.com, ING-USA and Audi of America, and for non-profit organizations such as the American Cancer Society and Atlanta, Ga.-based Faith And The City. 

Greg
Photographer

Greg began working in the photographic industry ten years ago as a retoucher in New York. After more than a year in New York, he continued retouching for a few more years in Atlanta before launching his career as a photographer. In the past five years, his career has been shaped by working with real people to tell real stories. Clients include the Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Thrashers, AT&T, Georgia State University, Manpower, Shaw Industries, Snap-on Tools, and Srixon. 

Jim
Director of Video Production

Jim started his film and video career in Washington, D.C., as a production assistant and second camera assistant on several national commercials and music videos. In 1994, he moved to Winston-Salem, NC to work as a news videographer/editor at WXII-TV (NBC), where he met his wife, Tonja. They moved to Georgia in 1997 when Jim began working at WSB-TV (ABC) as a news/special projects videographer/editor. Jim has earned four Southeastern Regional Emmy Awards, a Telly Award, a Green Eyeshade Award for photography, as well as several National Press Photographer Association awards. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and their two children.
